- What is the shipping cost?
Answer: The shipping cost is free for all orders in Belgium and the Netherlands.

- What is the cost for returning goods?
Answer: If you like to send back a product, you pay for the shipping yourself. If there has been made a mistake by our company, we will arrange a transport collect at our charge. - Is it possible to exchange goods? 
Answer: You have the right of withdrawal of free exchange within 14 days if you are a natural person and not a B2B client. Only transport cost is at your charge, you can send the goods to our company or you can deliver them to our warehouse.
